Sands of Ecstasy is an existential art house love story set on the Texas Gulf Coast. The story spins on the postulation of what might have happened to two people, who are profoundly attracted to each other from afar, never introduce themselves. Although the budget was only $10,000, the picture was shot in 35MM B & W (a 2 - 1 shooting ratio) but achieved dubious distribution (that's a whole other story).
