These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of CinemaIP's website, dashboards, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

01Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

02Use of the Services

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Services through automated means without our prior written consent.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Services.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the infrastructure supporting the Services.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

03Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services — including box office data, analytics, reports, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by CinemaIP or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

04User Submissions

If you submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other content through the Services, you grant CinemaIP a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the necessary rights to share it.

05Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services (for example, Google sign-in or external data providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your interactions with them are governed by their own terms.

06Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy, box office figures, predictions, and other analytics are estimates and may contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CinemaIP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

07Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CinemaIP and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

08Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time and request deletion of your account.

09Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
