Each day, she listens to a radio that was gifted to her by her late husband. One morning, she awakens to discover that her radio has ceased functioning. In an effort to have it repaired, she contacts the radio company, hoping for assistance. Upon answering her call, a representative instructs her to bring the radio in for repairs. This experience ultimately imparts a significant lesson about life to her.
