It follows the story of a young man (Guthrie Weston) who returns to his hometown after six years for his father's funeral. While home he learns that his ex-girlfriend has fallen down the wormhole of serious drug abuse. She lives with her six year old girl; a little girl that might be his. Also, living there is her boyfriend (Josh Pipolo), a dangerous man, quite possibly a perverted killer.
