The rules have changed and even the police have a price on their heads. The Flaco has fled to London, because of death threats received by his mother, and even though fear can be felt on the streets and nowhere is truly safe, his friends and his girlfriend, Malala, throw a going-away party for him, with a live Rock 'n' Roll band included. After a few months, the Flaco returns and things in the city, apparently, haven't changed: the war continues and bombs still explode. Along with their friends Pipe, a handicapped drug addict, and the Comadreja (Weasel), a loser without scruples, they go to pick up the Flaco at the airport, in Snowball, the van in which they have travelled many miles and which has become refuge for them all.
