Kemal wants to take his murdered father's vengeance. Young, idealistic doctor Nazmi works as a doctor in a town in Mardin. It strives to serve the people of the region who suffer from poverty and impossibilities. The case of mass poisoning in the region prompts the doctor to examine the water resources.
