Conquest of Mycene

A prince passes himself off as Hercules and does battle with an evil queen and her bloodthirsty religious cult in Mycene, in order to free the people of a neighboring kingdom. A deposed prince arrives in a city ruled over by a cult that worships an evil monster as a god. He becomes a gladiator and his feats in the arena earn him a place on the queen's royal guard, but secretly he plots to lead a revolution and destroy the creature that has enslaved the people. —movies4men
