Story that takes place in the late stages of the communist regime in Albania. The protagonist (Llano played by Viktor Zhusti) is a guy from the village who has risen to power in the capital. The movie shows a portion of his life in his 30's. His relationships with his family, his fiancé, his friends and his work.
