Dombivali Fast is the story of Madhav Apte (Sandeep Kulkarni) who is frustrated due to the corruption seeping into our everyday lives. He would snap at anyone who does anything wrong; including his colleagues, his boss, shop keepers, school principal and even his wife. His fetish for righteousnesses is the cause of repeated fights between him and his wife (Shilpa Tulaskar). Apte breaks down as he reaches his saturation point, thus going on a rampage to set things correct. He starts a mayhem across the city of Mumbai, ending in a tragic climax.
