A group of high-school girls from Athens takes part in a beauty contest. Seething with excitement, and filled with youthful ambition and effervescent dreams of a bright future, a team of lively high school girls dares to dream big. Beautiful, statuesque, and above all, fearless, the ambitious young women decide to take part in the 1952 Greek beauty pageant: Greece's very first beauty contest. But the competition is fierce.
