Tearing Echoes is a libertarian, collective and self-managed documentary that presents the often silenced voices of Syrian activists who began what seems to be the story of an impossible revolution. Syria 2011 is born from the base a protest movement that demands social and economic justice against the regime of Bashar Al Assad. Despite the repression, activists are able to establish various self-management projects. The film coexists with these activists, their work, their illusions and the risks they faced; the Syrian regime, the Islamic state and a constant foreign intervention.
