Helen's Dead
Kyle Albertson and Wave Chapelle, hosts of "The Show on Riverwest Radio," explore Milwaukee's unique culture and untold history. Their journey begins with Great Lakes Championship Wrestling (GLCW), a Midwest staple since 1997. Great Lakes Championship Wrestling (GLCW) promoter David Herro invites the hosts of "The Show on Riverwest Radio," backstage to the inaugural 'GLCW Blizzard Brawl.' This short documentary captures their behind-the-scenes experience, featuring interviews with athletes such as Zilla Fatu, Scott 2 Hotty, Hollyhood Haley J., and the debut of Keagan Garland (son of Scotty 2 Hotty). It also highlights the opening [dark] match between Brandon Barretta and Cowpoke Paul. Serving as a proof of concept, this showcases the potential for future episodes where "The Show on Riverwest Radio" explores other unique communities around Milwaukee. With new music from Wave Chapelle. —Adam Smith
