In an immersive VR-experience the visitor steps into a room where the film is projected on four screens surrounding the viewer; the film is not in front of you, it surrounds you. The movie is a VR experience where you're actually immersed in watching 72 minutes of film spread on 4 different screens in 18 minutes. Images and the Worlds of Being builds on the artistic, practice based doctoral dissertation "In Real Life (Or Elsewhere)" - About parallel realities and creative processes in documentaries by Kirsi Nevanti. The documentary is filmed on locations all over the world: from Yamagata in Japan, to Tijuana in Mexico, to the border districts in Möhkö in Eastern Finland.
