A planned kidnapping goes awry when the gang leader falls for the victim. Punks and petty-thieves Hal McQueen, "Tic-Tac" and Monte do some intricate planning in order to get their hands on a large payroll which, first calls for the kidnapping of the daughter, Carolyn Elliott, of a liquor store owner.
