Praksh Awasthi and Sanjay Mahanand are two of Raipur's most wanted thieves from Raipur, who aspire to hit the jackpot by taking people for a ride. The police are also unable to nail them and the Superintendent of police finally transfers the case to one of the best officers in Raipur. He started chasing the duo until they accidentally murdered a police officer, after which they fled Raipur and reached a village named Shikarpur. There, the villagers mistake them to be CBI officers who have been sent from the Government of Chhatisgarh.
