An astronaut battles mutant cannibals after returning from space to find Earth ravaged by nuclear and biological war. Two astronauts return to Earth to find that it has been destroyed by nuclear war. L.A. has been taken over by Cutter and his gang of outlaw bikers. Cutter rapes and pillages. There are also mutants.
