The cases of cyber fraud & OTP scams are increasing day by day in the city. Initially, it looks like Reshmi Roy from her call center office originates various scam phone calls. A lot of innocent people are sharing mobile OTP & losing money. Cybercrime branch ex-officer Soumyajoti Bose was entrusted with the investigation. He took the help of cyber expert Abhijit Chatterjee to investigate. Abhijit Chatterjee agreed because once his father also lost his retirement savings worth few lacs in an online scam and committed suicide. After his father's death, his neighbour Ramen babu and his daughter Sumi helped him financially. Abhijit develops a soft corner towards Sumi and although none of them proposed to each other but they are in love. Meanwhile, the ex-officer, Soumyajoti's investigation caught the petty fraudsters, but Reshmi remains out of touch. Afterwards in many turns & twists, one of the biggest secrets reveals that Abhijit is associated with Reshmi, he is the primary fraudster and mastermind behind these call centre scams. Due to unemployment, financial crisis & multiple setbacks after his father's death & with revenge in mind, he opted for the call centre scam. Afterwards, Sumi (Abhijeet's girlfriend) is mistakenly scammed by Reshmi and attempts to commit suicide, which shakes Abhijit & he decides to quit the wrong path. He commits suicide, and before committing suicide he made a confession video that exposes many hard truths about our society. How a lot of youths are suffering due to unemployment & opting for the wrong path is highlighted in the section. In the end, Soumyajoti arrests Reshmi and the entire team.
