Ajay belongs to a middle-class family, and has to find work to make ends meet. He unfortunately finds employment with a gangster named Ganpat Rai, who wants to use him to further his unlawful gains. On the other hand is Raja, who has a grudge to settle against Ganpat. But Ganpat pits Ajay against Raja, who engage in a bitter battle, not knowing that they are brothers who had been separated years ago.
